All instruments are placed in an ultrasonic cleaner for 15 minutes or more, using a specialized solution to remove any residue and harmful materials. Following this step, the instruments are carefully removed, thoroughly scrubbed, rinsed, and then securely packaged. We don’t stop there; once the instruments have been packaged, they undergo another sterilization process in an autoclave, a specialized machine that employs high-temperature steam to sanitize for 20 minutes. After the instruments have cooled, they are reintroduced to use.

In an effort to maintain our sterilization process, we collaborate with an external testing service that conducts monthly assessments of our autoclave. This provides an extra layer of assurance that we’re maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and sanitation.
